Early run

The day started with a run and strava says local legend! Yeah..
Then coffee and a walk round Arundel park whatapark.. Soon to have a. Park run. 
Went with my neighbour in the next road. We have been walking and having coffee since we moved in.
Then the is afternoon deluge rain ++++
N slightly better but both still full of germs.. Cold and. Cough.. We were going to Level 42 tomorrow but too under the weather and a journey to Croydon Fairfield halls too much..
