My new view???

They have accepted our offer!!! Went back out to the house today to measure a few things and take another look around. Then it was off to the bank this afternoon to see how much debt we can get ourselves in!!! Bank manager seems to think that it is doable. Just have to wait for the official approval, then get the inspections done on the house. I hope I'm making the right move??? The trouble is the older I get, the more cautious I become. Is that normal???
