Babysitting

I took Andrew to Torquay hospital this morning quite early. He managed to be first to the checking in window and was in the operating suite by 8.30! That was great as you always worry that they’re going to suddenly cancel things.
He has had his Hiatus hernia stitched up, and is now home rather sore and groggy. He has to be fed a liquid diet until things heal so he’s going to lose some weight. It should all be worth it though, as he has been suffering with this for several years. Good old NHS!
Immy was very pleased to see daddy home again and did a special roll from front to back for him!
