Filet Mignon

Sous vide fillet mignon with béarnaise sauce, potatoes (with bonus béarnaise sauce), and salad. Wine: Château Lascombes Margaux 2005.

I made one of my favorite dinners and brought out one of our special occasion designated wines as my somewhat early birthday dinner. My birthday is Saturday, but this is as close as I could do a good homemade meal. Tomorrow we have a concert, then Friday morning we leave for an extended birthday weekend trip.
