Papyrus...in bloom

It sits next to the entrance to my office and every day I try and figure out how best to capture it. But suddenly I find it in bloom...

I believe it is papyrus. I had it at home for a while and thought it was a nice looking plant. And then it grew and grew and grew and took over a good section of the garden. And I determined that it, as with bamboo, would not find its way into my garden. Well, at least there is no papyrus in my garden...
