Rather wet this morning but ventured out for an easy 10k at lunchtime and it stayed dry. View of lake on way back. The jet d'eau is visible to the left.
Liz took Léo to vet this afternoon because he is still having problems with his paw. Seems like caused by misalignment in his shoulder causing him to over  compensate. So need rdv with osteopath
He also has antibiotics to take for skin problems. Hope that it all works

Off to first yoga class for a while.
