Reflections

My day began with a meeting to sign off the kitchen works (even though it STILL ISN'T FINISHED) so there was a lot of reflection about the last 6 months. Then lots of work conversations about how things have gone in the last 16 months. Dinner with Richard in an amazing Portuguese restaurant, yet more reflections.

Must go back to this restaurant; the food, wine and service all fantastic. Great evening. :0)
