Slohtre

Blip taken in Lower Slaughter, a Cotswold village. I just looked up Google to find out where the name came from and it is from the old English word  in the title meaning 'muddy place'. Well it certainly lived up to it's name today - mud and floods everywhere! Lovely little village though. We aborted a planned walk (due to not wanting to pay £5 for a carpark and also mud), but we did walk to this village and visited a few other Cotswold towns/villages between the showers. Out for Thai tonight.
