The Twitching Swallow

I have made several attempts at a good shot of this swallow, sitting atop a flagpole in our garden. Swallows "twitch" continually. looking this way/ that way, as if very nervous, or, perhaps, spotting insects in the area. However, this Blip seems to fit the bill very nicely, I hope you all like it, 'twas worth the effort
