Back in Time

I blipped this two days ago and didn't use it. So in between the showers, I went back today.
I'm afraid I can't tell you much about this. But I'm guessing the man ( or lady ) who lives in the bungalow across, must collect garage memoribilia.
It's up a cobbled road from Luddendenfoot to Blackwood Hall.
