A dry day no wind. So although a bit soggy underfoot we had a nice walk this morning.

Lots of local flooding. Fairburn Ings car park under water and the lane that passes it under about 4ft of water. Kirsty sent a few pics and there was not much of the signpost showing above the water. The main road into Castleford is closed the last pic i saw was the roof of a car that was under the water. And a video of a guy being rescued from his van by the fire brigade. Why do they try and get through when it says road closed.

Anyhow a usual day of this and that a bit of a vacuum round and dust.
