Hello old friend

Have another non-stop crazy day (all good), and then after a quick lunch, finished my last jobs and popped to see my sister & niece for an hour or so...Louise had a minor operation last night, so is bed-resting, so I took her some cakes, a card a flowers to cheer her up a bit.

...anyway, I've been trying to think of a way to celebrate my now 64lb loss (weighed today & another 3lbs off) and my blip is the answer...one of my favourite wines that I like to treat myself to now and then...and sod it, I might even do the whole bottle :-)
