Missing plug?

Today's back blip is the river Rance at low tide. This spot is a few kilometres from the coast, and behind the tidal barrage, but even so the river here is still very tidal, and when the sea goes out a long way, the river here mostly vanishes!

We went for a walk and the dog found a very muddy spot to go splashing in, and came home looking like the beast from the black lagoon!
