Oysters

Oysters.

Ever since a restaurant near home with a $1 oyster happy hour closed, I don't eat my favorite bivalve mollusk as much as I would like. We had a fantastic dinner at Mon Ami Gabi (another of our favorites when we are in Las Vegas). After the oysters, I had steak au poivre, and we finished with a cheese plate, all accompanied with a decent French Syrah.
