….. ….. ….. this morning. This girl was enjoying her ride immensely - there was a grin from ear to ear.

I’m heading up to Auckland on Wednesday to spend a couple of days with family up there, and have spent most of today getting sorted. This afternoon I tried out a new muffin recipe and will be taking them with me. There’s a pic in Extras. I think they’ll be ok - it tasted great when I licked the spoon! They’re Ginger Apple & Carrot.
