Mae'n rhyfedd i feddwl bod y tŷ yn rhedeg ar fatris. Batris mawr wrth gwrs ond dal batris.

Rydyn ni ar ‘Economy Seven’ ac yn gallu gwefru'r batris yn rhad dros nos. Yna yn y bore, ac yn trwy'r dydd, os mae'r awyr yn glir rydyn ni'n cael ynni'r haul. Heddiw roedd yr awyr yn las ac yn llawn o drydan.

It's strange to think that the house runs on batteries. Big batteries of course but still batteries.

We are on 'Economy Seven' and can charge the batteries cheaply overnight. Then in the morning, and throughout the day, if the sky is clear we get solar energy. Today the sky was blue and full of electricity.
