St. Christoly-Médoc

This is one of the many quiet ports on the estuary. Like many of the small towns in this area, it has a rather imposing church. At this time of year the place is very sleepy. 
In the extra is  view looking through the sluice gates back towards the estuary. As is often the case, I couldn't decide which image to use.
I was also caught blipping the main shot in the second extra.
