Time For A Drink

This is my new healthy drink! Better for me than alcohol. I've never had one with vodka in it, anyway!

I'd been watching an article on breakfast television about things that could lead to a healthier lifestyle and tomatoes were the subject being discussed. You should aim to eat tomatoes, particularly cooked ones (because cooking releases..... something) at least 3 times a week.

I use a tin of tomatoes in meals a couple of times every week but I've also bought tomato juice as well to help look after my heart.

Speaking of my heart. I got the results of my angiogram today and by coincidence it was also the day for my doctor to check my blood pressure to see if my meds needed altered. My BP wasn't quite low enough but she is leaving that up to the specialists to decide upon, as now she knows I'm going to be under the care of the Heart Failure Clinic.

I came away no wiser as she thinks they will better answer my questions as they have the full picture. I'm OK with that.
