Lady of the Lake

Glad to numb the limbs after yesterday’s jabs. I forced myself out of that glorious water a little earlier to avoid the excessive post-swim shivering I’ve been experiencing, having read it is bordering on hypothermia, which isn’t good for anyone…. Twelve minutes worked pretty well today; I couldn’t resist a quick dunk under before I got out.

The (real) Lady of the Lake glided by as I warmed up on the bank.
