Dog on beach

Got up, ran to Slapton Sands, ran to Torcross and back along the path, into the sea in my pants. Out for a hot chocolate and off to Dartmoor for breakfast at Alf Resco’s and a dog walk to Little Dartmouth.

20,000 steps, 75 flights of stairs climbed and now flat on the sofa. My kind of perfect day!
