At Sea - Cruise Expedition Day 2
Introductory lectures from some of the staff.

Amazing coincidence!
One of the staff on board is a guy, nicknamed 'Scobie'. I worked beside him 52 years ago! We had a long chat at the bar last night.  Other staff hold him in awe and were impressed that they now had another veteran on board.  I had hoped to keep that information in reserve until later in the trip.

Morning presentation from a birder member of staff on what bird species we are likely to see and what identification features to look out for. 
Afternoon session with the expedition photographer.
Evening session with a historian.
Wind moderate and sea conditions are moving the ship around a bit. 3.5 metre swell.  Some passengers are feeling a bit queasy - not me.
