Over several weeks I have been preparing for the 2nd veg bed in my back garden. Finally it is built.

After exeperimenting with my first raised bed this spring and summer, and seeing some great results, Im hooked on growing my own food.

The 2nd bed (and eventually a 3rd) will be covered over with a poly tunnel in the spring.

I have had to fill both beds with card and items, to keep the cats using the beds as giant litter trays.

I do wish I had the energy to just keep going over the autumn and winter months, but best foot forward in my learning to pace it life style, is to hold fire and wait for spring.
