ce garçon nous rend toujours fiers

#ThorinGael

Was wondering where the fudge T is after waiting past 15 minutes of their class dismissal. Most school kids  littering (metaphorically and literally) in their grounds are gone/ obviously already fetched by their respective parents/guardians and T is nowhere in sight that even Lee John Franco (his acquaintance from Instituto de Caceres ,now also in his fourth grade Special Science Ed class and his maybe ROBLOX playmate) seemingly gathered his guts to ask me:
"Where is Thorin??"
With an exhausted shrug, I said:
"Don't know. Am also looking for him."

After that exchange, decided to climb the second floor of the Special Science building. Saw him still inside the room with their teacher and Kim (his chess opponent the other day). Apparently, he volunteered again to help clean their room as Teacher Leny Ruiz, their homeroom teacher,  often asks their class for volunteers to help her with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of their classroom.

***20 years ago, public or private high school, there is a schedule for cleaners/volunteers which rotates: There's a Monday group, there's a Tuesday one and so on. It feels like in their class there's only a number of kids choosing to stay and help and T always wants to be the responsible one -- he enjoys it -- but I don't.

Still, as this long entry's title translates to: This boy always makes us proud.
