NZ Autumn 2024

Western Pacific Tuna boat

A little ride with a friend this morning through wind and showers but nothing serious enough to put us off.
A stop off at the Ports Slip on the way back as I had noticed a Tuna boat on there. It's looking a bit scruffy at the moment and has had the rudder, propeller and main shaft removed. I shall keep an eye on it and try to get a shot before they re-launch it.

A little research on yesterday's Blip and it was a Welcome Swallow.

Blustery, cool, showery with a dusting of snow on the ranges.
