Not sure this came out the way I wanted it to but I think the colour is pretty spot on. 

Slept terribly last night so after a walk at lunchtime I have declared an afternoon off - again!  I even had a couple of bad dreams which is definitely not the norm for me.  I don't even usually remember my dreams.  They weren't nightmares though thankfully!
