Get myself out of the bed and walked to the Banter at Hinba - it was lively!

Back home to a 121 with Helen from Bristol - a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Akashic Record reader. It was great.

I think we ordered Chinese in the evening as we were lazy ... it was not so great actually.
Won't happen again ....
