Snail tree

These snail-trees were everywhere today. I’m guessing that the abundant tiny snails will soon provide abundant meals for various birds. Love the way they look as though they’ve grown on the plants.
Long, and surprisingly hot walk along the beach. Customary fishy lunch and home for quiet times. I do appreciate these days.
