Wild Parsley

Spot of swimming in the lake this morning, little fresh to start with but after 1,500m I had warmed up.

Popped to see my Nan, took her for a spot of shopping and lunch.

Sat applying frozen peas, still in the bag, to my right thigh to try and repair whatever I have done to it!!
