The cat got an early release from the house, before the rain started. 
He returned a couple of hours later in a rather damp state. So, as his prize for staying out for so long was to be ensconsed in a towel to get the majority of the water off him. Rather than him clap our legs for the next hour to use us as his drying mechanism. 

Once TacoCat'd into the towel he seemed quite at ease with his predicament, only wrestling himself free after a few minutes.
