Boneyard

Did an electrical installation today with Noah and his friend. His friends mother makes a snack called chin chin to sell in the African market and the kitchen equipment she used was blowing the fuses in the house. This last time it caused a short.
Noah, his friend and I chased down and fixed the short last weekend and this weekend we pulled in two dedicated 20 amp circuits to run the kitchen equipment.
It was a fun opportunity to teach these kids a little of the latent knowledge I’m carrying around in my skull.

This evening we went on a Halloween train ride on an out of commission bit of railway about 20 minutes from the house. There is a boneyard of old trains that was seriously fun to wander through.
