Further adventures with Brunetti’s Cookbook seen three days ago.

Baked sea bass with herbs.

The recipe called for finely chopped sage, rosemary, thyme and marjoram.
Luckily all four are growing in our herb patch although I struggled a little with the marjoram.

I hope the author forgives us for having a little South African Chenin Blanc white wine.
