Spotted cucumber beetle...

and a hand me down rose.
I planted some winter wheat in the empty garden bed today hoping to improve the soil and keep some of the weeds at bay this winter. The NNW wind has kicked up to 15 and it seems the rain is not far behind it. I guess it will cool off after the rain. I was enjoying the 80* temperatures and am not quite ready for old man winter!
