Another Project Completed

Except I forgot the sultanas. This is the third time I have used my newly acquired food mixer. Each time they get a little better I think. But still room for improvement. Sultanas and a little salt I suspect are both needed. A minute or so extra time in the oven wouldn’t go amiss either.
