My First Soda Bread.....

I baked my first Soda Bread this morning and it came out brilliantly even if I say so myself, so easy to make, crusty on the outside and beautiful crumb on the inside, great warm with just butter on it.
I am now growing my own Starter for a go at Sour Dough Bread, The culture is growing well on the window in a jar.

I picked up Maddi from School today and we went to the cinema to see Epic, she loved it and all the Popcorn, Crisps, Jaffa Cakes and Drink.

She is up stairs playing with Mrs BM.
