For widwed today. As there are three way traffic lights it stopped me going into town for what I was going to take for today's blip. The traffic queues have been awful.

I had an appointment at the surgery today, to see the duty vampire. Have done a week of BP checks am/pm so took that in. Then she told they would do an ECG as well. Well that is a first, which she thought looked ok on the computer, but will know more by Friday. I must the Surgery staff do look after you :-)

I was glad to get a good evening/nights sleep too. I nodded off in the chair while watching TV, totally missed Midsummer! And in total  according to my Fitbit 8 hours  and an 80 Good. Must say I have felt a lot brighter today :-)
