2023 Wednesday — Veggies

Late this afternoon I was once again at the grocery store. The hospital dietitian told us before Mr. Fun was released to fill his plate with veggies. So this is my proof that I am trying to comply.

We were supposed to drive north today, (and then return on Saturday so he could do hospital lab work on Sunday) but because he had been prescribed three new medications yesterday that he was to begin today, he was feeling uneasy about taking new meds and driving away from our medical professionals to our coast house 4-hours away. So the Central Coast will be the target on our map another day.
