Met MT at Cloudberry's for tea & apple cinnamon scone & 2nd round with cake. Had a look round their new stock for ideas after.

I took some knitting & a darning needle & MT sewed it up then we tried it for size on a Tunnock's Tea Cake. May have to make more & try to sew up myself.

I only did a short walk along the path as the river sometimes floods further down & it's very muddy up the river. The river was in spate has been raining most of the day but at least missed the worst of Storm Ciarán which sadly seems to have caused terrible damage on the Channel Isles & West France with high wind speeds recorded & a very low pressure.

River Almond, Old Cramond Brig & a tree that looked like a flame, still alittle reflection despite the in spate river. Where I'm standing there is a bench but not a day for sitting or standing for too long.
