Rocce Rosse

The day started with a beautiful sunrise, enjoying it from our room looking over the sea. After breakfast, we went for a swim in the sea it was gorgeous, but unfortunately I got a jelly fish sting in my thigh, so swam quickly back to the beach. The lifeguard suggested immersing myself in the hot salt spa pool. It took about 3 hours for the pain to ease, and the hives to go down.
In the afternoon we did a great cycle ride around the area, first to Rocce Rosse, then to a sand spit along a lagoon then into the Tortoli town. After a Gelati, we went south to the Long Beaches south, absolutely stunning. We cycled about 32km, then went out for dinner at a different restaurant.
