In preparation

J drove over today to have a look round the new house ( wonder when it will stop being new…) She also brought over a couple more plants. After a look round we went out for lunch and a wander about. Somehow I appear to have bought a new jumper. Need to be ready for the cold weather!
In other news my bins arrived. Bin etiquette here is very different from Essex. Papers & magazines in a box, food waste in a lockable caddy, then recyclables (other than paper) in the purple bin and everything else in black bin. Food waste is every week, everything else is fortnightly and bins need to be out before 7am on a Monday.
I hope I get it right………
