I love it and decided I wasn't cooking tonight.  I had Panang Curry with veggies and tofu.  Plenty for tomorrow night too!  They were so pleased I took a photo of them.

I'm slowly healing and I feel encouraged.  I still have a goose egg where they went into my back but it's starting to shrink and is less sore.  I'm still being careful and working very hard at bending as little as possible.  It's pretty awesome not to have my sciatic nerve screaming at me after a full year of it.
