Cheese and apples

Went to swim first thing; the pool had had a power cut yesterday and was closed in consequence. Carried on by a fast running Water of Leith to Stockbridge. Seasonal decorations in extra.

Got blue cheese from Mull, Cheshire cheese, and Brie de Meaux along with biscuits and apples.  Ate them later with neighbours; good conversations about nothing too contentious. 

Afternoon walk down Leith Walk, through Pilrig park, back by E Claremont St.
