Thames sunset (then a trip to A&E)

On a warm day, left it late to get out for a run. Kept it fairly easy in the heat, but it was after 9pm when I used the usual Bowater Road route parallel with the Thames only to find the exit had been locked, Retraced to where I came in and that was now locked too. So I climbed over the gate, but caught my left hand on a jagged bit of metal. Ran home with my hand tightly clenched to staunch the bleeding, then got Helen to drive me to Queen Elizabeth's A&E. Eventually, after a long wait, got the deep cut bandaged (luckily it missed the tendons) and had a tetanus jab administered.
