Mi restaurante.

Following on from yesterday's private plane, here's my private restaurant. Not really, we just got there as soon as it opened, as OH claimed to be famished. Binipreu restaurante was as great as always, with some new dishes, especially in the desserts section. I was especially taken with the brazo de gitano, a sort of swiss roll filled with fruit puree and white chocolate chips. The cake, known as a gypsy's arm, has an interesting history - see here for information. I can report that this particular version was delicious, and that all the extra pictures are food porn of the finest quality. Enjoy!
