Cold frame

We did some heavy work today. We moved a cold frame up to the veg patch, and built a raised stand for it. Hopefully we can fill this with some good compost over time and I will use it as a ‘No Dig’ bed. I think the glazing will give me a real advantage in the spring, as generally it’s cold for a long time and I can’t get things going.
We took Bonnie to the Helm for a quick walk too,mit was interesting to see how it has changed with complete lack of grazing. A big improvement!
