Back to winter! Brrrr it’s been chilly today.
Off to church this morning after taking Missy for a walk.
I was taken with a phrase I heard during the message, about negative bias, that it’s all around us and we can choose whether it’s part of our life’s agenda - or not! It’s certainly a far more peaceful way to live. I’ve sometimes been shying away from watching the TV news because it’s so depressing.

A friend & I had lunch together and she started talking about us going over to Haast on the West Coast for a few days. What a great idea! I hope it works.
