Slovakia to Vienna, Austria

Guten Abend!  A day on the Danube today as we continue our journey from Budapest.  This morning, we passed by the city of Bratislava in Slovakia -- a pretty scene, despite the rainy weather.  The sun came out a little later in the afternoon, and we were rewarded with some lovely views as we sailed towards Vienna, passing intriguing old ruins on the tops of hills and pretty scenery.  Just before sunset, we passed through a lock before arriving in the capital of Austria. 

We are looking forward to exploring tomorrow -- hopefully we will find a wonderful coffee house where we can taste the famous coffees and some of that delicious Sachertorte!  We will also be visiting some very famous equines.
