Steak Salad

Flank steak and arugula salad with roquefort, and potato salad.

Today was a day of eating well on leftovers. For lunch, I put leftover peperonata in scrambled eggs. For dinner we finished yesterday's potato salad and I put leftover flank steak on a salad.
