Sea, sky, swans

Rain first thing; went to the pool rather than cycling.  

Out in the afternoon to walk to Victoria Park by a busy Water of Leith path then on to Newhaven and Western Harbour. Visited the swan family (6 cygnets) in the big pond that has formed there on the site of what was going to be (and might still be) additional building; in extra. There was also a single cygnet in the corner of the entrance basin to the main harbour nearest to Lighthouse Park. 

Back by no 11 bus and through Queen St Gardens as it was getting dim.
