St Peter in Gallicantu on Mt Zion

Started by visiting the Israel Museum to see the large model of first century Jerusalem. Then an additional village visit as our planned route was blocked. Lunch at Jerusalem Hotel. On to Bethany on the Palestinian West Bank followed by a visit to Jeel-al-Amal boys home. On to this church of St Peter in Gallicantu, then the Western Wall as the Sabbath was about to start, and a walk through the streets back to the hotel. Lovely meal and a quiet evening.
