Long shadows

Went to get my covid jab this morning.

There's conflicting evidence about natural covid immunity duration versus vaccination.  The NHS states the vaccine confers better immunity but studies challenge this.  However the research didn't extend beyond 8 months.  We need some clarity.  Frustrating.

It's been a gorgeous day with a freshness on the air.  Next door's construction has been noisy with pneumatic drilling and a lot of dust preventing window opening.  It's been a relief to go out.

News is still horrendous, tragic and depressing.  I cannot comprehend politicians blind acceptance of the killing of innocents.
